A look at the new Vyrill data - Overview Report

Vyrill Influencer Report 

In business analytics, it's easy for companies to become overwhelmed by the sheer volume of data. With Vyrill’s five reports (Demographics, Video Stats, Topics and Influencers), the data is laid out in a clean, organized layout and ready for the analytics team to dive in.

After working with several clients, we discovered that in any one company, there may be professionals from different departments at varying levels of management who analyse and work with data.

It’s important to us to present our data in a way that is both quantitative and qualitative and as simple as possible to read so that specialists and executives alike can perform jobs faster and easier.  

The Overview Report’s three objectives are:

  1. Readability - We transformed complex information into visual, easy to digest graphs.
  2. Comparability - For this particular report, we compared a ‘Pre’ and ‘Post’ Covid data set.
  3. Introduction to trends —> We introduced ‘trends’ to show what is moving on an upward trajectory swiftly, as it relates to the rest of data, at that point in time. 

The Overview Report shows 5 sections of information: 

  • Influencers,
  • Topics,
  • Video production,
  • Product/keywords,
  • Demographics.

Each of these sections reveal the most relevant information within the larger data set. For this particular use case, we provided a ‘Pre’ and ‘Post’ Covid analysis for each section which allows the reader to see trends quickly and consider these trends within the larger context of their business goals.

For example, for the ‘Top 10 Influencers’ section shows the top ten influencers, their number of subscribers and the top products that they talk about in their videos. 

For the ‘Top 10 Topics’ section, we rank the most popular topics ‘Pre-Covid’ and ‘Post Covid’. Different use cases will reveal different ‘Top 10’ sections to reflect and highlight pertinent information without having to do a deep dive into the data. Each of these reports are available to brands once their videos have been aggregated into their Vyrill Dashboard and analyzed.


We created the Overview Report to address our clients’ need to save time and energy. This final report will do that and much more.
